1. How long should shipping take?
- Excluding special situations (bulk orders, not enough stock, etc.) orders usually ship within 2-4 business days.

- Me! The owner- Jodi W. The products you buy are my personal recipe and handcrafted , I would never resell something else as my own product.
3. I have sensitive skin, will I be okay using your products?
- 100%! Our products are tailored towards sensitive skin, we can transparently say we have not had anyone complain about skin problems from our products.
4. Do you make custom orders? Like mixing scents?
- Not at the moment - but never say never! Regardless , we’re always open to feedback on our future drops!

6. Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
-Yes! At the moment it has to be set up for a special order- contact us
7. How should I store the products?
-Body butter just needs to be kept cool enough to not melt, the hair spray should be kept in a cool area as well- the fridge will increase longevity.
8. What fragrances do you use?
- We use essential oils and natural fragrance blends- no synthetic perfumes or colognes.
9. Do your products contain preservatives?
- ONLY natural preservatives like grapefruit seed extract and vitamin E- none of that fake stuff!
10. What's your return/ refund policy?
- Due to the nature of our products, we don't accept returns. But if there's an issue, please contact us- we got you.
